I was never able to be just the practitioner. I was the administrative assistant at the nonprofit arts school when I was on dance faculty, and I worked guest services at the spa when I was a massage therapist.

I maintained my own website, did my own SEO, and wrote the website copy of my local private practice from scratch. I had to learn how to market my business in the solopreneur journey, and it's still bells and whistles.
