Hi Friends! In late January I began slowly rewriting the website copy to channel my full expression. As of April, I have a few more weeks to go! See my blog and newsletter for my views on equity and its place in the wellness industry.

And while I entered the health and wellness world way before becoming a website copywriter, I firmly believe that embodiment tools like yoga and massage therapy have gotten me where I am today.

Holistic wellness tethers me to the ground. I'm a free soul that likes to feel my feet on sand and dip my toes into the beautiful shores where I live. I light a candle before writing any new website project by first striking a match.
