Quarter 3 intention · New: Blog post, case study · Sand Meditation to close

Greetings from Estepona, where I’m officially on “holiday” in joyous vacation mode for the next 5 weeks on the beach.

I’m grateful for family visiting and to have the feria week in Algeciras behind me. Saturday I finished a little dance show to end the local dance academy’s scholastic year.

Now it’s time to embody my Q3 intention.

Relax & Release

My 2026 Intentions have been simple enough:

  • Spring: Build
  • Summer: Relax & Release

I’m grateful that during the Spring Building season, I’ve been loyal to setting up structures that allow my work long-term to support my natural ebb & flow, rather than fighting against it. In general, this season has boded well in terms of my work in immigration as well as at the agency.

Coming up now in Quarter 3 is returning to the body and hardcore honoring rest.

I’ll be also reaching back out to my confirmed podcast guests for Season Two of the Equitable Wellness Podcast (new episodes definitely won’t be released until after Quarter 3).

Summer on the beach, spending time with loved ones, honoring my rhythms, and honoring the tides. And all while shipping pages, launching new websites, and writing newsletters. This life is surely blessed. The good life, la buena vida.

I rejoice this, and I hope you are finding joy all the while.

Happy Relaxing & Releasing,
Shayna

New on the blog: How to Create a Contribute Page

Why not hand someone a full menu of how they can support your small business?

If you’re a healer, educator or artist, chances are that you could use a contribute page on your website.

A contribute page is broader than a tip jar. It is a menu of how people can support your work. Here is what to include, why you might build one, and how to go about it.

Beautiful and built with ease: new case study

Today I celebrate the website launch of Alexandra Lais, my first EU-based web design client.

It’s been only lovely to collaborate with Alexandra, a somatic facilitator and lover of depth, for this build.

As two human design projectors, we invited each other into this collaboration. Here is the story.

Beautiful things can be made with a sense of ease and playfulness, and this is something I continue to cherish.

Sand Meditation

Breathing in,
allow the body to be fully supported.
Breathing out,
relax into the warm sand.
